Building on this success,Alex transitioned from the mobile kitchen to a permanent establishment, opening Smith and Webster, a brick-and-mortar location that showcased their culinary prowess.
Recognized for their expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Alex began assisting aspiring restaurateurs in launching their own food truck businesses, sharing invaluable insights and strategies. This mentorship role naturally evolved into formal consulting, a field in which Alex has flourished for the past four years.
In pursuit of new challenges and opportunities, Alex asset in opening Brandon Bistro, further diversifying their portfolio. Not one to rest on their laurels, they simultaneously launched two additional ventures: Smith and Webster 2 and Dream Hookah Lounge, demonstrating remarkable strategic planning and operational management.
